well i shall fit a switch tomorow for the mean while till get some cash together then get cool running thermostat and get a different switch

The cool running thermostat is a waste of time unless youre in Australia...just ensure the fan switch is good and the fan works ok, and thats it!

i've got a switch and a cool running thermostat seems to do the job. cool thermostats only bout £25 on ebay

my fan switch was the side lights for some strange reason and couldnt start the car with out them on.
it was always on and thats a bad thing iint

well got manual one hooked up works great really good control of temp flick on fourth bar and drops to third within a min its great

if you tee in a wire to the switched earth on the fan switch can then run it up to the dash switch it to earth and then have the original switch working and the maual one wenever you wont. this is what i did with mine so soon as ime sitting in traffic switch the fan on. then also switched it to a turbo timer aux eath so fan is running with the timer.

mines scotch clipped so do have th option to do that onece i replace the sensor
