unscrew the spark plugs and post what colour they are? i.e. brown crust/black/oily etc
or if you have a haynes manual check them against the page in the back of the book

as for better english getting a better response, no not really, as long as they get the message accross, if i know a way to help i will...as many others will help without making spelling, punctuation and grammer corrections.
you're a grown man, you have a kid, are you going to ground them everytime they use a bit of short hand talking to their mates on msn? there's a time and a place perfect spelling, and correct format etc, schools and work are, and internet help forum is not.
Phi- you find it annoying opening a thread to see someone kicking off... i find it annoying when rob gets his arrogant cap on...he was banned for it before, dont know why ian ever let him back on given his comments on mig.
