more modern dynos dont use coastdown to measure transmission losses. they accurately read the power at wheels figures and can turn this figure into a true BHP at flywheel figure.

I just remembered it from a while back, its a good pub fact, well it isnt now, i rekon mine would make 40bhp its on 80k

when i had my 1.6 on tbs it made about 125 at the wheels and 167 at the fly
