Every Liverpool player is a god. Not a team player, a legend,

No, not every player is a God.

Rush was amazing, scored goals for fun for us season after season, but I wouldnt say he was a great. Same with Barnes playing exceptionally for us for years, not a great though.

I do think Best was a great player, but I dont think he was anywhere near the best the English league has seen, or could be classed as a great outside of Utd.

Just my opinion however.

Momo is already pushing to be the top player ever in the world. Ive heard Pele saying he is sure in the next few months he will not be classed as the worlds best again due to Sissoko.

I don't have an opinion of Best, I didn't see anything first hand so doesn't really mean a lot to me. Only players from 80's/90's onwards.

two different types of players.

One creates and is an excellent passer, but cant tackle for shit. And one breaks up play and can run and run and run for hours.

In our team, Sissoko as we've got Alonso, Mascherano and Gerrard who can pass like Scholes.

Compare him to someone who plays even a slightly bit like him and it'll be easier to pick!!

I totally agree with both of you here And do you know what, it's refreshing to hear a manu supporter (Marc) to actually say this- most people talk about george best like he's god or something who affected their lives greatly just because of the team they support, when half of them weren't even born when he was playing....

The comparison doesn't even exist, Paul Scholes is still under rated in England because he has ginger hair and is unattractive, he is a better player than Beckham ever was yet never get's the praise he deserves.

Young pretenders come and go but class is permanent, that is why Giggs Scholes and Neville still produce.

Quite a hard one tbh, but I'd have to say:

Rangers - Super Ally The most clinical Scottish striker ever.

So many to choose from,

I'm going to say Peter Schmeichel because he performed consistantly brilliantly over such a long time. Cantona and Beckham both contributed a lot but I would love to see that big angry red nosed fooker back on the team sheet
