dont fit one. it will cause problems.
it wont give any performance gain whatsoever. infact as I said before, almost every car that comes into Vsport with one of these fitted has fuelling problems that are directly caused by these shit regulators.

lots of people have said the same as you dave but when i fitted mine i noticed a smoother power curve and better throttle response.as said it dosent give any extra power.i fitted it as i planned to fit a cam and vernier and i have already done a couple of little things to the engine.dave probably knows a lot more than me about tuning cars but im just speaking from my personal experience

it works in exactly the same was as a standard one though, but far less reliably.
the only time its worth changing is if you plan on doing away with the standard fuel rail. even when going for cams etc... this regulator wont help at all.
If you are still going to get a different regulator go for a Webber one. far better quality and 100% reliable and holds pressure perfectly in all conditions.
