I have been in contact with him all along and although he has taken his time he has stayed true to his word.
I paid 2 months ago today for a GSi bodykit and it was collected yesterday by a courier and it has arrived today.
Just be patient and I am sure everything will get sorted eventually.

Its rediculous tbh...unless his legs are hanging off I see no problem stopping a refund/sending the parts or at the very least a u2u to let them know where they stand!! Its damaging having this happen from anyone but a site organiser makes it 100x worse, there meant to be trustworthy & have an interest in the site, not rip folk off.
Agreed the 'send round my mates' talk is silly.

That I agree with... My mums dads aunts uncles brothers aunties dogs is harder though.
But at the end of the day, he is dealing with other peoples finances, and no matter WHAT his personnal situation, he should be dealing with the issues he has outstanding already. If its a case of mourning someone/thing, then that should be done AFTER the deals have been finished...
If he's got time to sit on a web page, then he has time to message the buyers to update them. Im sure the buyers would be fine if they were given an update saying "im very sorry, yadder blah" than just being ignored.
Or sensible folk like me suggesting getting the police involved for fraud.

And i do have mates, or i will come up myself.
I want my parts, as he has promised to send them twice now.
he has ignored u2u's, but browsed the site.
If he has the time to do that, he can just send a u2u to me explaining.
So, please sort it out, he has my details, my money, and my parts.
If i don't hear from someone soon, i will be informing the police.

mertin, i payed you for a item, it took you 2 weeks to post it, you said it had been posted, although the date that it said on the stamp was a later date than you said it was posted, so therefore you were lying. so i feel you dont have grounds to get on your high horse and have a go at other ppl, no is whiter than white, you included.

Say what you want, I was told that it was posted and it turns out it wasnt posted that day because the post office wasnt happy with the packagig - the sharpish bit that is on the back of the steering wheel caused a problem
Dont think anyone on here has started a thread saying they were "ripped off"
Did I rip you off? No because in the end you got your item, I admit it was late in being posted but better late than never, eh!
