Thanks mate they are just clipped on, if you pull them up from the back they come off reasonably easily, don't be afraid of pulling them up they will come off

OK well I have worked on the car most of the evenings last week and pretty much all day monday and have working on the car in the evenings this week too.
Took a fair few hours to get the front bumper on as unknown to me when I had my little accident i managed to move the crash bar around so it was out of alignment. . . . very annoying!! I must have taken the crash bar off and the brackets off about a dozen times and trial fitted the bumper the same amout of times I think but got it there eventually!!
before:
after:
I have also done quite a lot of work with the front arches as I decided I could do a better job than the pikeys/monkeys they employ at the bodyshop I used!!
I rolled the lip flat along the top part of the arches and also flared them out slightly. I also treated all the rust spots which were around the arch trim bolt holes, by taking it down to the bare metal and zinc coating it then I used a couple of coats of POR 15 inside and out to seal it all up.
That got them looking like this:
So this evening I attached the arch trims using the lower 3 bolts and the top bolt and some tigerseal
Just got one of the rear arches to bond on and then the L pieces and sideskirts should only be another two weeks at this rate!
ps. sorry for the essay.
