Trust me this is the absolute truth my brother has a vtr and i've driven a tuned 1.6 and my brothers Saxo was quicker no questions asked. You ask anyone who has driven both and they will tell you the exact same.
You think a stripped out VTR (8v) with just an exhaust and filter can run a mid 15 sec standing quarter....to get this from a 1.6 corsa you'd have to spend best part of 1k.
