Started teh nokia sports tracker when i went on lunch yesturday and then aved it as a google earth file, this is what it comes out like, tells you highest/lowest point, fastest point, slowest point and then loads of other stuff, ie average speed etc...
P.S google earth is not rendered where i live
Looks quite cool. What format does it store the GPS data in. Looking for something similar to use when I go snowboarding next year. Want to see my speeds etc and then upload them to google/loca.live

How did you do the installation? It downloads it but then says "Update failed" and closes

i think i might get the n95 next month purely for the above reasons, sounds good.
Do you have to pay for the google maps program?
Im assuming the phone uses an internal GPS device (which doesnt cost), and uses the maps software which you've saved on the phone, so theres no GPRS costs etc?

or you can pay £3 for a week for the voices, so only get them when you actually need them.

Couldn't you just install TomTom?
Also, my msn messenger on mine has been working fine til today. Now it says:
"Sorry, this service is not available yet outside of China mainland, Hongkong and Taiwan."

I just got 1 today, i'm having trouble finding everything!!
I downloaded a song, but when I open it up on the mp3 side the song isn't there. I can find it elsewhere on the phone, so does anyone know how I can move it to my playlist?

Please let me know if you find an alternative
You can use the Explorer based version, but I want one with a proper client like this one that's stopped working
