When i drove a VTS the steering seemed alot lighter, didn't feel as solid tbh, and he had more mods than mine yet didn't pull as hard nor did it have the peak at 4500rpm like mine when mine takes off. Seemed a bit flat?

I know mines a VTR like but mine takes off at 4500rpm, must be the 4-2-1

I thought the 4-2-1 makes it more torquey lower down the rev range?

ive never driven one without a 4-2-1

Well all i know is my 106 only has a 4-2-1 mani, cat back and induction kit, has all the leather and subs so is probably heavir than a vts and it felt quicker than the vts i drove with a 4-2-1 mani, de cat, rev limiter raised, proper carbon enclosed induction kit.

4-1 is better for higher pull 421 better for midrange

They are practically the same but i know what one i prefer! The 106 'feels' alot better with the leather etc, and doesn't have a ghey immobiliser pin number! That would of fucked me right off if i had of got it!

indeed but both later models for 106/vts didnt have them in at all due to electronic immobilisers.
i used to think the pin thing in my old one was pretty cool

the interior in the 106 is a bit poo if you ask me except the 1/2 leather seats. theres bits of the pug 205 in there too ie: the handbrake, the buttons like the hazards. but i think there more desirable over a saxo.

the interior is no poo'er than the saxo; neither is particularly good, but then thats not what the car is about

IMO the saxo dash is horrid, feels very cheap, and how anybody can say the saxo rear is better than the 106 is beyond me?

I prefer the Vts, simply because Steve drives a 106.

why does it though, just because you say it does every one has to agree and no i'm not blind.
then agen owning a 106 you would say it was better.
