Mmmm I had to rotate the needles (because zero is on the top now), then drill the dials to reposition the 2 black "stoppers" on the 2 counters, then chop the needle (both the original and the new one) of the elocity counter so as not to hit the black pin that zeros the distance!
Oh, and then fit new leds behind them to illuminate the dials below!

U pull them out!
You have to be careful though since there's a great chance to break the mechanism in the back (managed to do it the 1st time I tried to fit the 12 o'clock dials  ).

very good work that mate.you going to tell us what dials the needles are off now  . really like the style of your actual dials too.where did you get them made?
