databases arnt always updated online so maybe thats why it came up as a 1.2

i aint changed the logbook, i just declared the 2ltr to the insurance but i will defo be changing it asap.

yup only way to go is to fully insure it and tax it as a 2ltr atleast then you have nothing to worry about

Sorry to say, but i dont believe you have it insured as a 2litre at all. Main reason being that post you had on Kirkcaldy cruise. Even if it is like you said insured under your dads name, that is still illegal since you are the main driver!
The truth then? This could easily be resolved by the fife traffic police since they are apart of fife car nutz.

no my step dad is the main driver wilson.
tbh i dont care if you lot believe me because like i said IT IS insured as a 2 ltr and the logbook WILL be changed so i have nothing to worry about

To be fair, my old Corsa is still on the DVLA site as a 1.4, but I know for a fact that I registered it as a 1.6, and Rick registered it as a 2 litre.
Not that it matters here, but the DVLA site isn't always right.
