One very big key word in all of this discussion - MONEY

The teams at the top will always be at the top as they have the most money, and therefore can buy the best players. Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea all have big transfer budgets, and therefore can attract better players than the other teams in the Premiership, from both abroad, and from in England.

That, coupled with todays "I want to make as much money as I can" attitude of the players is what is needed to be changed to make the league more competative.

Money from TV etc should be shared out more fairy, & a wage cap brought in the restrict the amount of money you can pay players. Until this happens, the "big 3/4" will always be up there, and the rest of the league will be playing for UEFA Cup places, and hoping for a good run in the cup.

I think Abramovich wants the Champions league next year, to the detriment of the Premiership. Arsenal and Liverpool will be back stronger as well.

Its nothing to do with the game anymore, its all about the money for the players and the teams.

I'll tell you what is crap, parachute payments to the teams that go down from the Prem.

If WBA win today that'll be the three relegated teams back in the Prem. Not a coincidence that.

Of course they should, thats the only way you can progress 99% of the time...in ANY business. It when they spend well well well above their means such as Leeds.
