Redtop engine but air suspension? I bet that doesnt handle too well.
I like the car though, colour is great and its nicely modded.

air suspension is not too bad depending on the kit, my hydros werent the best handling, mates airbags werent but my other mates airbags were spot on, felt like he has lowering springs and stiffened shocks as were independant.

that car is pretty cool! there will always be someone who thinks they know how u should spend your money best!
£20k could of been spent over 5 years, i spend more than that goin out with mates and socialising and dont see that as waste of money, otherwise whats the point of having any money at all?

Girls are better at modifying cars? Girls shouldnt be allowed near cars full stop.

u try fillering the majority of a full car... without breaks in it.
any wonder it sank in places

Daimo knows best. After all, he has paid so many people to work on his car now he is very experienced.

Its not my cup of tea personally but as long as Vik is happy! And I don't think she'd give a toss that it doesn't handle that well, as she has a Focus RS for that sort of thing.

20k is bullshit, i think my old gsi looked nicer and that cost me about 2.5k to build. Ok it only had a gsi engine but i bet i could of put a faster LET in it than hers for another grand

the money ive spent isnt half of 20k yet, and i dont regret any of it. i enjoy building the engine and the car more than driving it really. ive probably spent more on drugs than my car

Probably? But your engine has been done by yourself and your mates... It would cost a fortune at a garage.

Love the constructive critisism
Cheers guys
Here we go for my 2 pennies worth about MY car:
firstly TV= you trust everything youve seen on tv?!
There was a script i had to read that was written for me
Yes she cost me 20k to build, but shes been two different colours had 2 different engines and had different bodykits wheels etc. Total all that up it equals 20k - but that doesnt include the money got back for selling the bits and pieces i took off. So although ive spent 20k alot of it was got back (i didnt personally get the money back to me, but thats a different story :lol)
The air bags have adjustable dampers and they are as good as my konis were, I dont drive my car that hard and corsas have never been known for good handling anyway. i had to get the air bags as i couldnt get my car up my drive when i moved back to my parents so... sell the car or put air bags on her so i can still keep her?!!! I did offer to get my parents drive redone but sadly they didnt go for that - obviously you guys would have approved of that one more, i will have to tell them that they do not meet with the approval of cs
In all serious though, i didnt build her for you guys to like her shes my absolute baby and i adore her. As everyones cars on here, blood, sweat and tears have gone into that car, she might not be to your taste but you should still be able to appreciate the hard work thats gone into her.
