Does seem strange how its scrubbing, I can understand on the front but not the back. I have the rear spring adjusters out on the rear so it must be around -80mm and can have 5up and still wont rub.
Are you using spacers or something
Get yourslef to a tyre garage and get your tracking and camber done.

Do what was already said and remove the plastic arch trims, grind off the bolts and stick the plastics back on with adhesive

Have you got front mudflaps ??? They'd be the only thing to rip off your arches

Im a tad concerned now!! As i thought you could lower as much as you want on et49 with no rubbing? Im fitting the speedlines next week on 195/40 tyres! and lowering 90mm on rear!! Hope i dont get this problem to!

my mate had uniroyals on his corsa b with speedlines wen it was lowered 40mm and it scrubbed.changed his tyres and lowered it 60mm and it does nuthin so as soon as you said uniroyals i knew exactly y,apparently they have a signifcantly big tyre wall,as in the apparently taper out away from the alloy causin the scrubbing

yes, uniroyals do tend to rub a bit more than other tyres. id prefer uniroyals with a proper ride height than toyos and down stupidly low anyday.
