My Mistake!
The correct wire is blue with a red stripe.
The last wire needs to go to here..... the plug that does into the clock in the centre console (the MFD!) will have this wire there........

yep, if you hold the 2 buttons on the mfd it gives you your speed reading in km...

im confused! your saying the info display on standard corsa has a wire from the speedo to it? Y is that? i thought i had to wire into the back of the speedo!?
Y is there a speedo feed to the display if the display doesnt show that info without the mtech!!!???

i have connect the mtech up tonite cant get it to work! time and temp light up and nothing else and aslo they stay on when key not in ignition!! Help

managed to get m- on the middle and it stayed there for a few seconds!
just to make sure ive got it wired right theres two wires for switch, one for rpm and then the ribbon cables, is that right? not bothered bout oil sensor. the sticker has rubbed off so hard to tell whats what any help would be good, thanks

its not that wire by the way! its is behind the speedo! cut that one for nothing!! Got the instructions today! Im still stuck though as its still doing the same thing! Please help!

its the green one from behing the speedo got the instructions emailed directly from Mtech! it was when it was taken off the other car i got it from, been in a garage for aboutr a year though, do you want me to email you the instructions to see for your self?

The green one for behind the speedo is the tachometer wire. 5th pin from the left. Its not the speedo.

Just dug out the Haynes manual to confirm
Instrument cluster diagram says:
M = Blue/Red - speedometer
N = Green - tachometer
K = Blue/Black - fuel sender
You asked for the speedo wire and you got it. Its more than likely the M-Tech kit already uses the existing plug and takes the speedo signal from there... and you were actually looking for the tacho wire.
Not owning an M-Tech kit myself... I wouldnt know. Can only advise on the colours.

Well im still not getting anywhere! all wires are right but its not doing anything!!! Y does something always have to mess up!!

If you put the original plug back into the MFD... does it work ok?
Does your interior light work? Have you checked fuses and ribbon cable connections?
