I have left the breath on the rocker open. That is not a problem.

If you are sure that everything is connected up (as i was) and the revs are still climing, then get a new gasket and make sure that you put gasket all the way round.

think i'm gonna have to man, does it make a diff that i dont have an afl connected up at the filter yet? Also should i put some sealent on with the gasket? cheers

I put the gasket paste on the lower inlet and placed the garket on top and pressed down to make sure that the paste was all the way round. Then on the top side of the garket put more paste on all the way round again.

Turn that 180 degrees around. The bit that goes onto your air box fit to the TB. So at least when you start it up the sensor will still work.

will do mate, my eml light is on just now as well..is it worth doin the paperclip test before removing the inlet again? Hopefully 2moro wont be another frustrating day lol

Na, do that after it's running.

Mine is on all the time because i have removed the SIA pump. Plus maybe a few more things. But it runs so i am not that bothered.

Yip, just had to take the inlet off and seal it again, and it's all good.

it drives pretty well a must say, not had a chance to go for a long drive yet but it deff seems to pull much better in the high revs, to the red line
