Having driven one I can't recommend it enough... awesome, awesome car

It also feels just like a modified car to drive (especially the awesome clunk as u change gear, feels just like an american muscle car or summat, not notchy or dodgy, just an awesome clunk!!) and the badge confuses/pisses off everybody... I raced a Porsche Gayman down the M4 and he could not shake me at all, well well worth a shout mate Also chased a few M3s to good effect

Are they that cheap Robbo--- thats another one I am going to have to seriously look into then--- they are certainly the kind of car I would love to own.

I'll throw the LCR into the mix as you mentioned it, bigger car, 5 door, could easily find one with a little less mileage although this aint too bad:

Spend a few dolars on a remap, exhaust, arbs etc.. and you have a rapid family hatch

Why get a ST170 though with a kit when for the money he can get a real RS?

IIRC it started life as a normal focus, not a 170.

Ok- time to start making a little list of cars I definately need to test drive.

1- Focus Rs - I like the look of these alot

2- Holdon Monaro- Georgeous and rare

3- Clio 197- Seems a performance bargain- interior looks a bit dull though

4- Leon Cupra R- Like the interior and spec, not sure the drive will give me the kicks im looking for.
