just to reiterate, however cool compressor stall may sound, its both bad for the turbo and negative on the performance effect of the turbo

its still extra wear for any turbo, is it worth it just for a noise?

not to mention the negative it has on the turbos respooling time

Diesel engine just sucks in air, compresses it till it gets mega hot, then injects diesel, and it detonates itself.

The one thing i really dont like about my car is the stupid dump valve noise, but im getting better at working around it. Either dive granny style changing gear at 1500rpm or full chat just before the limiter and you dont hear it
