awesome i love the simple subtle style modded silver b's with tints they look fantastic, looks very good bodywork wise even for a v-reg adam, if your other cars have been anything to go by then this will be stunning

managed to get the brakes on the car now, not without some grinding though
my spoiler also arrived a while ago so i set about fitting and painting it.
so here it is as it stands now, things left to do are punto or marea rear wiper, new front number plate and i want to do something with the front bumper but i dont no what yet.

after nine months i thought its about time i updated this thread
the first major update i suppose is the LET went in last october and between november and april i was doing 80 miles a day in it to work so its safe to say its reliable .
so on went the mods to the engine, i ditched the mvaux manifold and wastegate for a custom jobbie, which turned out to be more grief than i could have done with tbh. there were two major things
a, it was seriously warped and cost me another £80 to have it pressed straight and then skimmed to get it to seal
b, i had to turn the turbo round the other way so it didnt foul the block so new down pipe, new induction pipe work etc.
i also treated myself to a tial 38mm external wastegate to compliment it all.
i also fitted an apexi avcr to get the boost spot on.
on to the body work, i did put a pre 97 irmshcer splitter on which i decided i didnt like so i changed it for a reiger rs apron mainly for space for intercooler and oil cooler but i like the look it gives aswel .
on the way to a rolling road session i lost a plastic arch and half a sideskirt in the wind on the motorway so i have now get hold of some irmscher ones to replace the steinmetz replicas, ive started some body work aswell but due to a new job i have no time or premises to finish it so its booked in at the bodyshop at the end of the month for a repaint.
plans are:
semi smooth boot
smooth mirror backs
irmscher skirts
reiger rs front
delocked handles
relocated washers.
also after deciding that the mos didnt suit the theme of the corsa i sold them and purchased softstars and toyo T1R tyres.
cossie FPR
new plug cover
ecu apart wiring up the AVCR
relocated airfilter
half a skirt
pre 97 splitter
now removed for a reiger rs apron and yes i know the intercooler is pissed i have lowered it to suit the reiger bumper and the hose on the passenger side was too short so i need a new one
smooth mirrors and boot
handles courtesy of fear
oh yeah and some depos and mkiv astra smoked repeaters
more updates soon

finally somepics of the rebuild after it was repainted. i had it painted in as many bits as possible to get a nice finish and no overspray anywhere.
