Lexmaul gives moe power across the rev range bt after seeing the effcts of both (JR has had both on his car) I always felt the car with the Mantzel was quicker.
Mantzel
264 cams
Raised rev limit to 7500
car will be quick enough to trouble 20XE's

Dunno what has been said but i have a Mantzel and i am very impressed with it. At the end of next week i'm going back to Vsport to have another go on the rollers to see how much it's increased.
And my EML came on as soon as i remove that SAI crap.

there all good in their own ways, i found with a manzel it started to pull the revs @ about 5k right through to the limiter, the lexmaul gave a bit of power between 4250 and 6000, after that the power decreased very quick. i think the dblias works the same way as a manzel ?

So mantzel and dbalis will both be the same and the lexmul will give the wider power band.
Might consider some cams as well but that would be pushing the power even further up the revs which im not sure if thats what I really want to do.
Cant really warrent tb's as its my everyday car

good point monster.
exact reason a 150 bhp 1.6 on tb's would be so much faster than a 150 bhp 1.6 with an inlet and mapping.
I reckon that you would need at least 180 bhp (not possible) from an x16xe with an inlet for it to be anywhere close to an x16xe with 150 bhp on tb's.
