Yeah but that was part of his whole "appeal" I think. He was a good manager and he knew it. I mean how many other managers have had as much press about them or people talking about him? I think I'm going to miss his random press conference comments the most  Apparently he's well tipped to go back to Portugal at the moment, and *possibly* take over the Portugese national team with all the stuff going on with Scolari atm.

Yes I believe he would have been. I mean look at what he did when he took over FC Porto back in 2002, they were in a complete shambles and he managed them well enough to finish third that year. And went on in 2003 AND 2004 to win the league there also.
