I know but some one that works for them must be realizing that all of a sudden hundreds of people are joining up at the same time, and making laods of money, so they have temporarily made it unavailable to add cash into your account..

Maybe.

Common scam trick tbh, pay a few users out first to bait more users then run when they have a decent amount of money.

Sorted.

Hello

I've spoken to CS who referred me to the following t&c's. You need to deposit at least £20 before you can request a pay out:-

8. Claiming Cash Prizes

Players who wish to claim their prize money must request a "payout". This can be done by logging into your account and selecting the Payout Request link from within the Members Area. Note: A Payout can only be requested if there has been an initial deposit of no less than £20.00 to the account prior to any win.

Prizes shall be automatically deposited to your Player Account cash balance. Players can purchase games from their winnings or request a payout to be processed by either NetellerTM, or E-Checks. All CyberBingoTM payments are authorized by our Custodian and Trustees, who administer all of CyberBingo'sTM financial transactions. It may take up to ten (10) business days for you to receive your Prize.

Any payouts that amount to more than £1,000 must be accompanied by a picture and quote from the player.

All wins exceeding £2,500 must be accompanied by a picture, quotation and a valid photo identification. By accepting a 'cash-out' members agree that their pictures and quotes may be used for internal and external advertising purposes.

Please note: CyberBingoTM reserves the right to deny a payout request if a player has not funded their account within and prior to 30 days of any win (this includes any winnings derived from promotional bonuses).
