2 years after buying the house
we had a small leak from the shower so decided to re seal it but that then turned into a massve job due to the shit job done originally. so bathroom got painted. which then went mouldy so turned into en even bigger job
ended up like this
I had a small accident whilst carrying a pot of caliper paint so had to replace the carpet in the living room and hall
decided to get laminate in the living room as there is always people round! as a few people who have collected parts from me will vouch for

2010 we sorted the garden out
last year I bought a gas BBQ and this spring if I have some cash saved I will be re doing what I can with the garden. Ive bought proper walkover lights for the decking so that will be getting re painted and those fitted. hopefully the hedge will come down if the neighbours landlord allows it. then the only thing left is Fake grass.

Recently I have repainted the stairs and put a new carpet in.
bathroom floor must have got moisture underneath as it started to split apart so ripped that up and tiled instead.
This weekend the plasterer has been round doing my living room so over the next few weeks that will be having a few coats of paint.
new couch comes in Feb. I will put up some pictures of everything at some point this week

Is that couch from Land of Leather? Ours was wank and got a insurance claim in...
It split on the seams after 2 years, was not even leather!

So done a bit in the house now. Bedrooms were done last year. but the second bedroom is now empty after my brother moved out. will get pictures of that after ive put new furniture in.
hall has been re painted and new carpet just waiting on a couple of units to box in the consumer unit.
living room is 95% done just paint to touch up and wires to run.
had the room replastered and had 9 downlights put in the ceiling and 2 in the squared off alcoves
TV on the wall
new sofa 2x3 seaters
mural on the back wall. kept the strip light above the pool table because is gives a good light
curtains are going back because they are see through. got similar ones that are lined and have silver on the top too
just waiting on 2 of these units to go in the alcoves for my playstation stuff

they fit really well. Beam through ones as well so you'll never see any of the boxes

As you can see in the garden picture there was a bush down one side. that had become so over grown on my neighbours side I decided to have it ripped out and fence installed. also a few months back I layed some artificial turf.
driveway is getting block paved soon right up to where the grass is so the horrible looking concrete and slabs will be gone.
plan to add a decking board around the edge of the grass to finish that off then add the led lights to the decking. was going to do that in the summer but I became ill
what do you think?
