corsanut id love a golf, i speced up an R32 and it came in at silly monthly payments. A decent spec'd GTi isnt much better either, overpriced for what it is imho.
Yeah i suppose once you add the essential stuff they do get very expensive mate.
I'd have to have the lot Heated seats..sat nav...DSG etc etc.You can get a 5 door with DSG for 18K brand new from motorpoint

1st service is 1 year or 20,000 miles. As for cost Im unsure sorry.
Will probably change the oil at 1000 miles. Most people on vxronline.co.uk recommend this.
Here is a quick pic I took this morning. I will post more over the weekend.

hang on a sec, wasnt there a full Remus VXR exhaust system available with downpipe (pre cat removal), frees up quite a bit of power?
this available on new cars at delivery?

Steve when you pork birds you get them to randomly scream out various VAG models. When you are approaching climax the S-Line models are cried out, culminating with the VRS brand as you shoot your man muck.
in a nutshell you are bias my friend.

2 things i am not liking about the leon reviews.
A) the understeer and slight vagueness to the steering, yes i know a 240bhp FWD is going to understeer but ive heard good things about the VXR handling?
B) The apparantly almost silent exhaust note?
could do with seeing an independent review to be honest, have EVO had their hands on one yet?

I believe its a Vauxhall endorsed product that doesnt invalidate your warranty. vauxhall performance centre are the distributer iirc.

Weren't you one of the bandwagon jumpers that used to call the CTR a Bread Wagon? . Although the Leon doesn't look too bad considering, it still looks like more of a contender for the Zafira in the looks department rather than the Astra. Not a great fan of the dash either - red lighting is quite cool, but whole dash area looks too bland IMO .
20K service is oil, air, pollen filters & Oil change - by me it's £120-140 which is a steal IMO. That said, 20k on a relatively high output Turbo car seems far too high for my liking, so i'm doing mine soon, even though it's only 3 months/3k mile old .

Pretty sure they have a couple/few months back - mate at work said he'd read it and it was highly rated.
Remus/milltek exhausts are both certified by Vauxhall - unsure about the Remus now, but when I looked the Milltek is actually a dealer fit option in the vauxhall price list brochure... along with the AP 4 pots you can get .

Yeah, think I do too - tried to get my sister to get one of these as they were about when she got hers. The kit goes along way to removing the mini-bus look. Sadly her "Reference" model she bought does not .
P.S The Blue reminds me of Corsa Envoy's and Agilas. Power Red is where it's at

£1500 to get a VXR to 280bhp, the Remus exhaust and courtenay remap.
£500 for revo stage 1 on the leon cupra gives 300 bhp

Have they fettled with the suspension?
Mates one was never a rock hard ride as standard ans even with lowered springs it is still not rock hard.
