Only things that need attention (IMO) are the rusty slam panel and spark cover, would the boost pipe not be better with a bent section over an angled cut?
[Edited on 21-10-2007 by CorsAsh]
Did say not quite finished. New Slam panel is going in next sat all sprayed up and lovely. And waiting for JR for my new powder coated spark plug cover. Everythings in hand and will be done. As for the boost pipe, it wouldn't make any difference really, think of the amount of 90 degree bends there are any way.. This is only a slight angle-cut bend.
Ahh, apologies, was skipping between tabs so missed that. Fair play then, looks spot on.

Was the actuator in the end. Had one that was sitting in Lee's garage for years on end so a new one sorted it out!
Thanks for all the comments people.
