I wasnt expecting Spurs to win tonight, if its true about Ramos then great but, credit where its due to Jol he got us 5th in 2 seasons, better than anything else weve done of late, just started on a downer this season and it just got worse.

I think it's interesting that the only player Jol brought in this summer was Bale and all the others weren't his choice... similar situation with chelsea's transfers/management/board.
Martin Jol... gone but not forgotten

Yeah, i feel really sorry for him, the guy did his best for us and he was the best we have had for over 20 years IMO!! But the board expected big things from him and yes maybe allot of people including the press did, but the board treated him so bad theres just no moral, the fans love him that was shown last night, 5 mins from the end after the word had circulated the whole tottenham croud were clappiong him, they couldnt really care about the score, last night that was irrelevent. as craig said gone but not forgotten, i hope he ends up somewhere with a board who reat him right.

Bad news for Spurs I think, Jol is a decent manager and I'm sure would have turned things around. Downward spiral this season I reckon, may well regret this decision.

he had to leave some time but not like that. He's seen his fair share of managers come and go. They should have stuck with Jol end of. I dont like the idea of poyet returning to a team that fucked him off 3 years ago.
