Maybe mothers hint for Robin to get the fuck out

Andy, the best thing is that in this pic
In the middle, with the white windows, is a pub.
And, at the bottom of this road
Is a pub.
Which is nice.

Yeah, I found it a bit annoying having to duck down to get around upstairs when I looked around, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
I think the middle bit will get the most use anyway, and that's all open.

Nope, not yet, there was one on the internet, but it's not anymore.
It's just a red brick victorian factory building, used to be a shoe factory.

With the pub being that close, I should manage it
Don't think we'll need a van, but if we do, I'll give you a call a little while before. Cheers

Contracts still haven't been exhanged
Ours are signed, the sellers of the apartment's are signed.
The buyers of our house are still awaiting the money to come from their bank, so it'll probably be friday before we can exchange the contracts.
That means we won't be moving on the 18th now, it's more likely to be the 20th, if it doesn't happen by the 20th, the sellers will pull out and we won't get the apartment
Fingers crossed

Bloody hope so.
If we don't, the sellers won't be getting the 11k discount on their new place, so we won't either, which means the price of our house will go back up too, which will probably make everyone pull out

take them to court if they pull out and do them for the emotional trauma you have suffered

Can't do that until the contracts are exchanged, we'd be out of pocket by nearly 10 grand and unable to do anything about it.
If the contracts are signed, then someone pulls out, they have to pay everyone's fees, but not before that.
Stupid system really.

did you not take protection with soliciters?
we did for 40 quid, ensured at any point if deal was stopped and it wasnt our fault we'd get everything back
