iirc they are Astras with a funky green door badge thing too, bit like the funny Corsa B SXi ones you can get.

Any car has potential, if you're willing to spend the cash.

Personally, I think that is a really nice colour, and looks in good condition. If you think you can get 95mph on the flat out of it, it also has a healthy engine. You also have a nice set of alloys.

The obvious things to do include:
smoked side repeaters
smoked headlights i.e. Depos
debadge grill
lower -40mm.
