it was a dual carriageway, with a central reservation, those roads are often nation speed limit, there is one on the road into preston, drops to a 50 with no apparent change in the surroundings
It was hardly 54 passed a school at 3:30

Of course I've travelled over the speed limit, everyone has. If someone said they hadn't, they're lying. But I don't do silly speeds like that. And I can guarantee I generally only speed in national limits, nothing else.
