That'll be for 2 bed apartments.

The problem is that its the only place which seems to be offering lots of shared ownerships.......cheaper in that regard but you're buying an expensive house.
Cheers Nath, will defo ask if I find something

Alot of my friends have moved to N'hampton as a result.
As for the other bit, you'll find they all congrigate in the same hovel, like Fishermead and Conniburrow. Most places are sold as the City is outgrowing itself.

Very nice mate. New estate, quiet, but has a decent local.

And the new apartments are spot on. About 5mins walk from Tesco, 5mins drive from CMK, 10mins from the Train Station, 5mins from the M1. I'd live there.

Have you see one on Rightmove? There are dozens for Broughton. I was looking at a couple, not much I can do for a year or two though

Youron a load more than me mate, should be easily able to afford somewhere on one of the 30% schemes. That said I only work 4 days a week, so can generate some extra cash.....

I have a few other bills and shit I need to clear first before I can commit to a mortgage. I made a few bad decisions as a youngster

Fair play. I still have my car on finance, so would want rid of that if I moved out. Don't drink all that often, and don't have any other debt costing me a lot......suppose I'm lucky and/or careful.

More careful than me. I'll be sorted in a year or so. Live and learn and all that.

At least your bright enough to recognise it.........most of my mates are gonna end up stone broke if they don't stop spending what they are. They know they can't afford stuff, but chuck it on credit anyway

Disagreement of the figures aside - Id rather pay £250 extra & actually own something than pay 750 rent.
