That I pay £40 a month for the pleasure.

And I want to get fit.

I have noticed the difference already. My muscles are getting well more toned and I've met new people.

I actually really really like going every night.

Plus its great for perving.

Cardio every night is fine but if you're doing weights aswell thats OTT.

I only do light weights with lots of reps as I don't want muscles. I just want to be toned!

That wasn't my point marc.

My point is, looking toned is nutrition related, not lightweight/high rep.

Craig's right. No matter how much or how little resistance you place on a muscle movement, the muscle synthesis (or lack of) won't happen if your body doesn't have the nutrients.

It's simple. When you train you break down muscle fibres. Your diet and rest then determine how much they repair/grow.

Muscles cannot and do not 'tone'. They grow, or they dont grow. More bodyfat will make them feel less 'toned', less bodyfat will make them feel more 'toned'

Your muscles dont have brains.
