Not a chance, its a black/grey tattoo, so the red has got to be from the blood.

i want a phoenix flying from flames, going up my arm to break through grey clouds into clear sky.
i know that mightt sound wierd but i think it should look cool

Is it possible to cover up a small black tattoo with black and colour? Alot of it could be done in black but would defo need some colour I think? Im led to believe its not possible though? Love that sleeve tattoo

Yeah it is possible, you need to make sure you go to a good artist though for a decent cover-up.

They will only be able to cover black over black, you cant put colour over it. So if the tattoo isnt too big and you can think of a design that can go over it then could work perfectly fine.

I was on holiday the other year and saw a guy with his whole back and back of legs done very similar to that. You couldnt see any bare skin though!!
