Agree with lee although I didnt polish mine and just applied the wax straight onto the freashly clayed and dried surface

its more a case of how long does the detailer last lol, id say mine have had it now, after using them on the exhaust today, all murky and horrid and just about outta detailer too, id say i used to much on the door, but was being careful not to let it all dry out lol

Fair while I think mine is still going and doesnt look too dirty. I assume when its dirty you chuck it. Comes with a lil case to keep it in.

Yer my detailer ran out last time I did mine, keep meaning to go to halfrauds to see if they sell it seperatly or if I will have to order it online from somewhere

I just used the megs wax that came with the kit, seemed to work ok on smoke grey. Although if you have a different wax im sure it will work just as well if not better

i think i will use auto glime super resin polish then the wax over the top? i have little packs of megs wax from car shows (gold class) that i normally use

TOP TIP: poundland sell microfibre cleaning cloths that are great for wax and polishing the car and only cost £1 each

klkl iv bn using trecking towels from trespass (old work) microfibre and probly the softes towel iv ever used lol works a treet there about £3

as long as the cloth is very soft u shouldnt have any probs just take ur time, and dont be afraid to rub failry rigourously

the last polish i used was aturtle wax one comes in a green tin has a slight green tinge to teh polish, rub on leave till a haze then rub off, works a treet

the last polish i had was meguiars stuff in a tub, and u would rub it on and wipe if off, if u left it to dry its was a bastard to get off, but left an incredible shine

Autoglym Super Resin is definitely better than the Meguires Wax Polish that you get in the kit, although granted the SRP needs a proper wax on top to protect it and keep it looking good.
Ive binned the Wax Polish that i got in my clay kit last year.

im gonna get one 2moro and weather permittin will give teh car a gd scrub, my swirls are pretty bad on my car and ita Aurora purple so u hink it will cum up gd without swirls??

the only way you will get rid of bad swirls is through machine polishing.
although using Super Resin Polish, it may hide some of the swirls as it has filling agents that fill the small swirl scratches and make them look like they have gone.
