Whether that's good or not depends how far from the exhange you are and if it's ADSL2+ or not, if for instance you should be getting 24meg and you're getting 3.5 it's not as good.

Im paying for upto 8meg but since im 150 away from the exchange i dont bother as its good enough for what i need it for
