Just Stes but I was up there today and he's in work tonight hence me posting it.
It'll be out around Aintree in May, perhaps even a few days out before then. Needs an SVA test before it can go on the road.

Yeah no roof though so it'll need to not rain hehe.
We had discussed taking it to PVS with it being a valver.

It'll be the only shiny thing on there, there's no other brightwork anywhere else on it.

Thanks for all the positive comments, the car will be road legal but also i'll be using it on track, there isn't really any weight saving issues between it in road spec and track, only the weight of number plates.
Hoping for a mid 4 second to 60 and 10-11 sec quarters.
the engine is fairly standard apart from 45 webers. this will be upgraded as i get used to driving it. as ian said, the paintwork is amazing, very happy with it.
regarding a stainless exhaust, i opted to use mild steel as i want a blue and black theme throughout so even the stainless stone guards on the rear arches will be black, posssibly carbon. only things that are shiny are the bonnet catches as they would just chip the paint too easily.
i would recommend kit cars to anyone. the new model is out now which is 450kg wet so that will be a demon with 200bhp!!! and all that for less than 5 grand.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
