Looks very much like i wont be getting this now. despite there being a deposit left, a guy turned up and paid the asking price in full today so the let it go and refund my deposit.
surely thats why i paid a 10% deposit to secure it.

Thats sux big time, you leave a deposit to secure the car for an agreed amount of time not to sell it some one else who pays full, sounds abit of a shit place to me, gutted for you mate
