people are SO impatient.
Put all the filler in primer today...the the primer hardened in the paint gun so no matt black was sprayed today unfortunatly...
...still waiting for the bumper to arrive too which is fustrating because it needs to be smoothed before painting!
Semi-smooth was finished and look spot on, very happy with it.
Should be finished off on Monday if the weather holds out!?!?
Sprayed soem of the matt black on the old door and it looked spot on. This car is going to look amazing when its done.

I did wonder this. Matt probably shows dents up worse than any other paint!

err...that door is the old one...was just using it as a test for the paint...
...obviously wasn't going to keep it...we were hitting it with hammers...hence the dents!!! lol.

WE'RE STILL AT WORK... and no i'm not writing this at work...

Managed to take the bonnet and both doors to a mates garage yesterday whilst it was raining so we could crack on with painting something as we were pretty down-hearted with the rain.
The corsa as seemed to slow down with the momentom recently...just need it to be sprayed so we can get on with finishing it.
We put one coat of matt black on the underside of bonnet, top of bonnet and outside of the passenger side door.
Looked ok...need to rub it back and re-do a couple of bits but nothing too bad. Will hopefully be sprayed on sundau now...so long away so this week all we can do it re-furb alloys and polish the lip...and sort out things like leather interior and spraying interior parts...bit or a shame really!! Wanted to car black already!!
NO PICS BUT WE'LL SORT THAT OUT. we know progress threads are shite without pics, sorry.
