So now he goes to vauxhall with 2 broken droplinks in his boot and they say where did you get them, there's no evidence of them breaking, go away and take it up with the garage that fitted the apparent new ones?

So when he goes for warranty work on the suspension set up he will be fucked cos they are not fitted by a vauxhall approved dealer?

tbh, he was happy to pay £20 to get them done in under an hour than pay £120 and wait 6 hours for vaux to recover the car. also vaux didnt have droplinks in for at least 3 days. and they wont notice it has had new droplinks.
god you lot are a bunch of whinging badgers

yes, torqued up all of the loose bolts, droplinks are shared with various other model cars from different manufacturers which is handy.

no, because vauxhall didnt have any in for at least 3 days. hovever the parts fitted came from the same factory as the vaux ones, are the same colour and the same numbers stamped on them.

Spoke to a vauxhall mechanic who says he's not seen one droplink problem and the bolts are tightened to the torque they are supposed to be, its not a fault.

As for the scenario above a it happend to one car doesnt mean it will happen to any other Corsa D?
Also its such a new car it will done under waranty and they will have to recover it them selves.

Well they should check it in the pre-reg inspection thingy, dealers fault for passing it through to the customer. Know someone who has a 56 Corsa went in under warranty with the engine management light on
