Errr...yes he has

FPMSL Why did I not get onto this.

He's scored more in the league and overall hasn't he

Adebayor has scored 19 in the league, Torres has scored 21.
Adebayor has scored 25 in total, Torres has scored 29.
Serious?? Jesus, his loss of form is even worse than I thought!!

I wasn't taking anything away from him at all when i said that btw. That scoring record is rediculous which is the only reason why it can't carry on forever

I know what your saying

Ronaldo x2

If he wins the player of the year and is nominated for young player as well it's a given he should win both, as he is the best player of the year which includes all the youngsters

Although i think Ronaldo will get the main award, and fabregas get the young player, even though torres deserves it more

Ronaldo main award and Torres young player. Torres has to be awarded for his achievements in his 1st season IMO.

TBH though it just kind of belittles the Young player award if the two players in the running for the main one are also in the Young one, and they each win one of them

Agreed, if any of ronaldo, torres, or cesc win the main one they have to in the young one

ronaldo should win both, he is the best player in the world at the moment. although, torreshas definatly been the best buy of the summer and cesc is 20 years older than he actually is.

Being a villa supporter I can say that Ashley Young fully deserves to be on that list.... he is currently second to Fabregas in the assist league

1. Fabregas-17
2. Young-16
3. Berbatov-11

As for Gabby, fairly suprised with his inclusion. First half of the season he was very good but then faded and has been average since Dec/Jan.

Its doesnt really matter anyway... Cristiano Ronaldo will walk away with both awards

Going to be close between:

Player of the Year
Emmanuel Adebayor (Arsenal)
Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd)
Fernando Torres (Liverpool)
David James (Portsmouth)

Young Player of the Year
Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd)
Fernando Torres (Liverpool)

IMO.
