But then what do I do? The Corsa has to stay, I know I'll miss it if it goes, that means the Civic/Crx will have to be instead of my 7 series, the idea of a 7-series was that I wouldn't do much to it, it'd just be a daily driver why I develop the Corsa. If I did go for Vtec, it'd have to be modified

Not after I've spent a grand on it over the past about 2 months, plus the previous about 2 grand  plus I'm gonna be spending at least another grand hopefully before Autumn on putting an xe in it. deffo let us no then if u decide to split cos mines stayin for around another year (i think )

or my car, all 3 in one, with 160bhp from a standard 1.6 engine, not 150bhp from an al 2.0..... cut your losses

You can't have a proper track car that's also a proper daily driver so I need at least 2
Corsa will have stealth, Civic wouldn't, everyone knows that the civics ain't slow as standard, everyone knows Corsas are
You trying to talk me into one has also put me off again, I don't like being told to get something that I've just thought of, cause someone thinks it's 'better' than what I'm planning to have

I knew something like that was coming.
What I meant was, I'd just read your thread then I started reading Eck's where he mentioned CRXs too, and it sort of brought back the time when I used to love em, so I started wanting one, then you started trying to talk me into it at a weak moment, which made me think about it and realise that it was just cause, I'd been reminded of a past time when I really loved em. Trying to talk my Corsa down reminded me of how much I love it now, and therefore I'm not bothered about a Civic anymore

Alright, we'll see but just so you know, I wanted a Vectra Super Touring last week after my brother told me about one for sale. I then went off the idea, and going in my brother's Vec GSi hasn't made me want one again. I've been in a Civic before which was fairly unimpressive, but we'll see if one with a bit of performance changes my mind, you never know
