You just can't knock anything you can drive to PV Show in and then sleep in relative comfort. Miles better than a tent.

Cooler than a Penguin's cock.
Lovin the Rascalator's 'little friend'
I reckon paint her white, drop her on Minilites, Hyabusa engine and some mirrored windows.
Roof spoiler, chin splitter and ground effect undertray too.

Get them steelies banded, then in the dishes do a chequered flag to match your roof.
Also, mk2 Golf single headlight conversion could look good.......

so a little update on the van i haven't really being doing much on it. we used it to go on holiday. we spent a week in newquay.
so for the trip away i decided we needed a trailer to put all the camping stuff in. i managed to find one for a tenner but all the panels were knackard, so stripped the full thing down, painted the frame and wheels, replaced the electrics and also the wood. heres the result
took us about 8 hours to get to newquay, we set off from vboa show . we camped next to the mk2 stand.
when we got back it was time to start on the bodywork. which is getting worse. so whilst the weather is good i may aswell crack on with it
starting with the dreaded rust and some dodgy repairs that has been done.
ive never had the chance to have a go at welding and its something ive always wanted to learn. so i bught one to learn with.
i started with repairing a small hole in the floor about the size of a 1p peice. after i ground back the metal it turned out to be a 100mm x 60mm hole. didnt think i did too bad of a job repairing it.
next i tackled the suspension turret which had a strengthing plate stuck on
banged some sikaflex over it to cover it up for now. not gunna leave it like that but itll do for now
