I've just bought a 3Dr 1.8T Sport in Black as well - not sure what's happening with it yet; its too feminine at the moment with the curvy standard bumpers.
Would it be a crime to fit an S3 front and rear? It wouldn't be badged as an S3

no that would look smart mate, aslong as its not badged as an s3. just like putting a gsi bumper on a sport etc.

No, but it wouldn't fit correctly unless you fit the S3 front wings and rear quarter panels (well I tell a lie it does fit, but the panel gaps are crap)
You saw what I did to mine, but a lot of work is required. Never again.

dont put d90's on this please, they are way to small, you will have to lower the car sooo much for them to look right

Scrapping the idea of D90's. I've just really gone off them now and the price of adaptors are silly.
Going to go for some rep BBS LMs in 17" and either 7.5j or 8j or more if i can get them made bigger

they are indeed the reps colin. Ordered off the same guys the CS boys bought. Didn't fancy paying £1500 for a set of real ones
I did think about 18s but i'm going to lower a lot so think they wont look too big or too small

Reps
Should hae got the real deal. You either needed 18's or about 9" (if not 10") width to pull of the euro look.
Sorry but i really dont like reps. Either pay full price or dont buy them at all
