ok so i have given it some thought and had a good look at what people have said and u2u comments
see below the new and improved convoy route with rough timings
Meet X -Guildford SC regular meet location
Post Code: Woodbrifge Road, GU1 1AJ
Depart 0430
Meet X+1 -Slough (industrial estate)
photo
Post Code: Newlands Drive, SL3 0DX
Depart 0455
Meet X+2 – Hemel Hempstead hotel/office car park off roundabout
photo
Post Code: Green lane HP2 4RZ
Depart 0535
Meet X+3 – Bedford BP Station A6/A421 junction
Photo
Post Code:A6/A421 interchange junction MK42 9BF
Depart 0625
Meet CS Stand – Santa Pod
Arrive 0700
Please note that this is a rough at this time, following comments in the next 5-7 days i will produce a final convoy thread.
timings are rough although Bedford departure is accurate as it worked very well last year - Guildford Meet point is not set in stone. doesnt seem to be much interest in it at this time but gives those who visit her at SC meets somewhere to join if they so wish....will be removed if not interest is shown
NB Luton RV has been removed!

going on my experience from last year and the requested time i worked on a ETA at Santa Pod of 0730
U2U received for PVS 07
quote: Opening Times
Saturday - Gates are open from 12PM to the public
Sunday - Gates are open from 9am to the public.
if you are showing on Sunday then you can get in from 7am providing you have a show pass PLEASE PLEASE get there early, 7am is only a guide and there will be a queue outside of Santa Pod by this time.
we arrived around 0700 as predicted, flashed our stand passes and were waved striaght through to the CS where we were then parked as per the stand display plan.
NB this is a convoy for those putting their car on the stand not a general convoy

Presumably that's at Ladymead Retail Park?

Im from just outside the Guildford area so if i'll be meeting at ladymead if your still planning to start there,
Thats atleast two people now

i would probably say Bedford, but its entirely up to you! there RVs will be formalised with times, commitment to one will make it easier for me to organise and for those travelling not to leave anyone behind!
