Get facelift FR top grills as well. All honeycombe iirc.
And I'm 99.9% sure I've seen the centre grill with 'S' on it in honeycombe. Can't remember which model though.

Get your misssus down and paint mine
Looking good, Like the light near the ashtray, how did you wire it up, also the glovebox light, i ended up going to seat and getting everything to do it, cost me £20 all in i think!

at the kirsty comments
Light by the ashtray is wired into to the ciggy lighter wire (the thin, striped one of the three that go run behind the plastic to the left of the drivers footwell, powers the little red ring round the lighter). Earthed to a 10mm bolt behind that plastic.
Got it from Halfords - was advertised as a "door handle light"

Muhahaha, Update at last off all the little bits and bobs that have happened over the past few months
Nothing really happened in the summer apart from filling it with 1.35 at worse silly prices derv.
But now,
New wheels - had them a while:
With the 45 tyre on - they wouldn't fit without scrubbing. Had to go to 40's - Got some Uniroyal Rainsport 2s and I must say the grip is superb
I bought three for £130 and then found one on it's own, buy it now for £50 - bargin
Fitted: (Outside Dan's house)
Next up I bought a new bumper for the grand sum of £20 Came with top honeycombe grills - bonus
Got them fitted (bumper is the wrong colour - wanna get that and some other bodywork done )
Finish off the front end IMO
Had cruise control fitted for a brilliant price, Ross over at SCN fitted it, did a fantastic job - let me get stuck in and helped him, the car tested him at times but it's all done now!
Makes the motorway very very easy... just get to 80 and hit set and thats it
Right, urmmm, next....
Cupra Handbrake gator, really nice little mod. Old one was plain, worn and boring.
This is £13 from the stealers (actually really nice people in my local one!)
6 x 9's in the rear quarter panels are in there as well, help the sound in the back
Passat W8 Light came next - had to do some major complicated plastic and solering to make this fit - not as easy as they make our on SCN.
Also had to run a wire from behind the light switch to the roof - required lots of panel off, but, managed to get a couple of other niggles sorted.
Doors open/Light on:
Reading Lights:
Illuminated and the littel red LEDs that subtly light up the centre consol :
Got a Motorola BT handsfree in there which I picked up from Halfs for £40
Mutes the stereo, no connected of cables or anything, its fab!
Had the door card off today to sort a few door handle niggles - seems to have worked but I might have to buy a new lock mech.
Getting the door card off is a c-unit of a job Much more difficult than a Corsa

Good stuff mate Need to look at your w8 light as been thinking of getting one for the golf but i'd need to spray it black, and the wiring looks a right pig! How much did he do your cruise control for?

Fro, the W8 light is easy. Not all the pins are used, theres a live, earth, earth whent he doors are open and one wire needs to be pulled from behind the light switch. I can always give you a hand if you need
Cruise control was fitted for £170.
Spraying it back could be hard...

Kirsty also bought me a couple of goodies for xmas, SEAT sport steeringwheel and gear knob and her Mum bought me some red outline mats...
