If its the stuff Robbo talks about dont bother, the latency will fuck up your game experience.
Maybe on vodashite.
I use a 3 USB modem and my xbox live runs great on it! Seriously! I was surprised myself. Then again, it does connect at 3.6mbps anyway.
Seriously Kyle, get one
Don't let Robbo sell you some shite voda one tho. I love how people think they're gettin a great deal..."HELLO! He gets commission!" - Of course 'voda is the best'.
Get a 3 one.
But Brett, bandwidth and latency are not the same my friend

You can load windows through a linux emulator, it would be doubtful of the usb modem working and the fact you'd be in windows via linux and cna't play games.

I believe they offer a PAYG option (quite expensive for what it is though!) as well as the contract options

£10 for 1GB
£15 for 3GB
£25 for 7GB
Don't forget, this is mobile internet, anywhere. If you get about a bit it's a lot more useful.
The amount xbox live uses is very minimal. I've been on a hell of a lot with it and keep looking at my data transfer and it's hardly budging tbh. A whole night of play was only a few mb's.

As Robbo says (without mentioning vodafone is the sentence )
Just plug in and play. Simple.
You could buy a really cheap shit base unit for £30 and just use that to Connection share with the 360.
