Our English youths (United and Liverpool) will never see the Premier League and will be sold to Championship sides.
If they are good enough they will.
Just because they are bringing in foreign youngsters doesnt harm the development of local players, infact if anything them playing with better quality youngsters will only aid their development.

Not Spanish.
Last year we signed 1 Spanish youngster from Barca called Pacheco, the rest were from Hungary (x3), Argentina (x3), a few misc and a load from England.

They all spend a season or two in the Acadamy, then if good enough move up to train with the reserves (who train with the first team). They'll normally spend atleast a season playing for the reserves and then go out on loan to get more experience at first team football as the quality of the reserve league is shocking.

Agreed, that team was not far away in both competitions. I would suggest it's more an attitude thing that anything. On reflection i'm glad they haven't won anything by throwing money at it.
Dont weaken your stance Tom - United won things
Don't mistake that post for a 'robbo like' affiliation to the mancs
Chris eagles played games that were already won/unimportant didn't he?
That was a 1 night thing although I can at least respect them... they have earnd the right to spend their winnign son new players but the bit in that article which infuriated me was wher eit said roman will HAND them a £100m trabnsfer kitty to BRIDGE THE GAP

When you are struggling to pay back £80m of interest and only managed £42m of that I dont think you can clas sit as 'spending their winnings'

Its certainly not from just the CL, as Milan won approx £30m last season, which was about £3-4m more than us as runners up. I'd imagine its from both.
Maybe you can afford to pay off the £56m you currently owe on previous transfers then

Yeah its something like that. Would be amazed if you got more than £35m for winning the CL (although obviously can make use of it for commercial purposes in the future).
