I have one of the M12's in at the moment, its having a full competition spec exhaust which will be ceramic coated, custom made manifolds and a big twin turbo conversion, bigger intercooler and intakes and mapping (they have either MBE or OMEX710 as standard) should be seeing 500+ bhp rather easily
great cars, after having one for a weekend I would definitely buy one if i was in the market for a fast, reliable cheap to run and service car.

Interesting....................whats the bill going to be around for 500bhp Dave?
Any clue regarding service & parts, I doubt theres much of a dealership network, could take it to Ford!

oil filter and plugs are from a ford (cant remember which model) but are cheap, oil is mobil1 which isnt so cheap, engines are easy to work on, scarily fast but very very stable, much tamer than I thought it would be.

Sounds like one of my better ideas then.
Been watching some old Top gear vids on Youtube & Gezzer preferred the early 2.5 over the 3L, said its more balanced....possibly more fun, which is good because 3L's go for more serious cash.

Cheaper to insure than an M3, Evo or Elise!!
M3 - 850
111R - 863
Evo MR-330 - 1092
