Agreed, but i'd rather he either commited himself to another 3 years now, or fuck off and give us chance to get somebody in and change our system to cope with losing him. The guy could easily end all of the speculation by just making an official statement and saying ''I go'' or ''I stay''. Simple as. But imo his behaviour is worse then Madrids, he's not showing any loyalty atm.

He obviously doesnt know what he wants to do though, as he'd of come out with a statement by now - either that or he is using it as bait to get a massive new deal with you lot. Both as bad as each other IMO as like you said it shows a lack of loyalty, etc.

30+ (let alone 40+) would change a lot, especially considering his goals in the CL aswell.
And if anything it'll only push him into the lime lught more - biggest transfer in history, Real have more or less as big a fan base as United and just as many commercial deals, etc.

You only have to compare players like Forlan and Morientes, who cant score for shit over here, but over there can score for fun.
