You'd struggle to get 100kg of them weights on one of them bars, The bars are hollow as fawk. They bend when your using the bench press.

your meat to be able to bench yourself....il struggle at 13.5 stone nearly 90 k but can do upto about 80 on smith machine 60 free weight

oh and had a spy go in to our local one none their either....

im thinking that they must think the welsh people need to bulk up more and only provide them to there stores

Aldis offers are aewsome and more often then not very good quality, i also buy alot of food from there too, I find people who wont step foot in the likes of aldis, very snobbery

very true john. alot of my tools are from there. they are only cheap so if they break no big loss but i find the spanners etc very well made.
